Faceting class March 4th and 5th
Intermediate faceting & intro to vase building and Incorporating facets into functional hollow glass. hosted in Longmont, Colorado at a private studio
$600 for both days, meals included. Homemade pizza and hibachi
 
We will be creating a clear coldworked blooper rig from start to finish adorned with facets head to toe.
 
- making hollow components to be faceted
-  grit progressions for faceting hollow glass
- following the contour of hollow glass for faceting
- how to polish your facets with a high grade finish
- faceting the mouthpiece, neck maria, neck transition, 2 opal marbles for inside can, one larger marble for exterior attachment, ground joint
- cleaning faceted glass before flame assembly
- handling back up to faceted pieces for assembly
- keeping your facets crispy clean when in the flame 
- using Bussin tools v-Block for mouthpiece attaching on a lathe
 
Purchasing this item ensures your $100 deposit out of the full $600 tuition for the 2-day group faceitng class. Upon purchase, I will reach out to finalize the full payment.
